We are a specialist grocery store and café, supplying nothing but quality organic, biodynamic and natural goods, catering for special dietary requirements, in child-friendly surroundings.

Our passion for health and well-being has been brought to life because we want to make a difference. We quickly realised the many benefits of switching to organic food after the birth of our son Flynn, who developed food allergies from an early age. We also learnt that we weren’t alone, with the prevalence of food allergy, asthma, eczema, and other related conditions ever increasing around the world.

It has become evident that a major factor playing a part in creating these trends is the conventional use of artificial additives and chemicals in the growing and processing of foods and the rearing of livestock. We feel that these have moved into our food chain and have gradually compromised our immune systems.

Our commitment is to provide the best nourishment and care possible for our sons, and we would like to share our experiences with you.
